VOLUNTEER
We call our volunteers Ambassadors. As a community based organization, the role that our Ambassadors play is much bigger and more important than the sum of all the tasks they perform to keep the MCC running smoothly.
Volunteers are true Ambassadors for the facility; whether being the first point of contact for our attendees at the box office, greeting and providing hospitality to our artists, ticket taking and ushering, working front of house, doing stage changes and set ups, AV or other countless jobs; they are most importantly a dedicated, fun loving team who promote the MCC throughout the community and beyond by contributing their time, talents and passion for this amazing facility.

Volunteering at the Midland Cultural Centre is a great way to get involved in the growing arts and culture scene here in Midland.
Connecting with others and meeting new people are just a couple of the reasons why people volunteer at the MCC but there are many more:
• Help to shape and build your community
• Learn new skills
• Do more with your interests and hobbies
• Gain workplace experience by learning or building on new
skills you may want to do as a full time job,
• Try something new
• Receive credit for community hours (secondary students)
